Gagné Formula Program Policy

This page informs you of our policies regarding the Gagné Formula program access, content, and other deliverables.

 

GUARANTEE/REFUND

You will receive a full refund minus a 200$ administration charge for joining the program if you cancel your access to the Gagné Formula within 1 week of getting access to the program content hub and before requesting your individualized diet plan. 

 

If after you completed the first 6 modules (1 month) of the Gagné Formula and can show that the work was completed as instructed (as proven after the first submission of the Review Sheet for a diet plan review) and you still aren’t happy with the program, then you will receive a refund on the portion of the unused program (2 months).

 

LIFETIME ACCESS 

You will receive lifetime access to the Gagné Formula content hub that includes all the program content, all programs updates and add-ons. 

 

Access to the Gagné Formula Facebook Group and ongoing coaching is limited to the program duration, that is 3 months from the date of enrollment.

 

DECLINE PAYMENT 

In case of declined payments, the following email sequence will begin:

  • Email #1: Notice sent immediately upon decline with a three-day deadline

  • Email #2: Notice to bring account up to date within the next two business days or the client will be withdrawn from the program until the account is brought up to date

  • Email #3: Notice of interruption until the account is brought up to date

  • Email #4: Notice that service has been interrupted and will remain until the account has been brought up to date; all applicable program access will be removed.

 

OFFICE HOURS/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service will be provided from Monday 9am PST to Friday 5pm PST and you can expect your emails to be responded within 24 hours. Do not expect emails to be answered on Saturday and Sunday. Email support@ReNuWellness.ca for customer service questions.

 

COMPLAINTS/COMMUNICATION 

Complaints can be sent to support@ReNuWellness.ca and expect your emails to be responded to within 24 hours; do not expect emails to be answered on Saturday and Sunday. Complaints will be answered on an individual basis and consistent with our program policies.

DISCOUNTS 

Any time-sensitive special offers are limited to the set deadline; no offers can be claimed past the advertised deadline. Unless specified in written communication, no friends or family discounts will be honoured.
