Health-building fats support your brain, hormones, immune system, heart health, and moods. Health-busting fats pretty much damage all of these (brain, hormones, immune system, heart health, and moods). Hence it is so important to know which ones to favour and which ones to avoid for for optimal health.

With a high fat intake, it may be surprising to know that studies show that a ketogenic diet is effective for weight loss. But it’s true! It can also have better results than low-fat diets. At least one study showed that people lost 2.2 times more weight on a ketogenic diet than those on low-fat or calorie-controlled diets. How is this possible?

Multivitamins are the most commonly used supplements in the world! Multivitamins are exactly what they sound like: multiple vitamins. They are supplements that contain several different vitamins in each one. They can also contain several minerals and other ingredients like amino acids or fatty acids.
